• Cancellation requests should preferably be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Refund Policy

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 working days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
• Consultation charges may be non-refundable once the consultation/service has been provided.

Failed Transactions

If payment is deducted but appointment confirmation is not received, patients should contact the clinic support team. After verification, the amount will be refunded if applicable.
